Overview

Bradley Shigezawa works closely with clients on intellectual property disputes, counseling, and securing protection of rights. Bradley's practice focuses on patent litigation spanning across a wide array of technologies. He has litigated cases involving website architecture, geopositioning, communications technologies, medical imaging devices, medical devices, visual displays, and AR/VR throughout numerous courts and administrative agencies.

Bradley further has notable appellate experience, having drafted numerous briefs before the Federal Circuit in cases involving medical devices, website design, and communications technologies in appeals arising from district court and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Bradley also counsels clients through various intellectual property matters which includes negotiating NDAs, patent licensing agreements, and performing patent landscape and freedom to operate analyses.

Bradley continues to oversee a select patent prosecution docket for clients in the medical device and mobile communication technology space.
