Mr. Sales has represented pharmaceutical companies in defense of state Medicaid fraud claims brought by several Attorneys General, and Mr. Sales has defended energy and chemical companies in high profile commercial disputes, including against claims brought by the Mexican national oil company related to claims of conversion of millions of dollars of alleged stolen hydrocarbons. Mr. Sales also has represented clients in nationwide and state consumer class actions.
