Elizabeth Rogers represents public and private companies in a range of corporate and transactional matters, including securities offerings, securities compliance and Exchange Act, and general corporate concerns. She also assists in advising clients on data privacy and cybersecurity regulatory compliance matters.
During law school Elizabeth was a student fellow for The Filmmaker's Legal Clinic, where she helped independent and documentary filmmakers with entity formation, intellectual property issues and other industry specific legal concerns.
Elizabeth was also an Articles Editor of the Cardozo Law Review and served in multiple Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant roles.
Prior to law school, Elizabeth worked in non-profit fundraising.
