Daniel Rankin is a Litigation Associate in the Austin office of Baker Botts.
Before joining Baker Botts, Daniel clerked for Judge Don R. Willett on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, Judge Jeffrey V. Brown on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and Justice John P. Devine on the Supreme Court of Texas. In addition to his clerkships, Daniel served as a Staff Attorney for Justice Evan A. Young on the Supreme Court of Texas and a Law & Liberty Fellow for the Institute for Justice.
