Samantha Olson's practice focuses on environmental, health, and safety issues. Sam works on litigation and regulatory matters at the state and federal levels. She reports to clients on regulatory and litigation developments, including on the Clean Air Act, Toxic Substances Control Act, and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act.
Sam graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2020. While in law school, she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum. She graduated from the University of Miami in 2016, where she received her B.A. in Ecosystem Science and Policy and Economics.
