Jacob Muñoz is an Associate in Baker Botts' Global Projects practice where he drafts and negotiates contracts for engineering, procurement and construction of various energy projects.

Jacob began his career representing commercial general contractors and owners in disputes over delays, defects and payment. He now uses that experience to help his clients identify and mitigate risk at the outset of a project.
