Overview

Christian McFall is an associate out of the San Francisco office. His practice focuses on patent prosecution and litigation. He has experience prosecuting patent applications relating to a wide range of software and hardware technologies, including machine learning, virtual/augmented reality, speech recognition, telecommunications, and medical devices.

Mr. McFall received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law in 2022. Prior to law school he attended Norfolk State University and received a BS in computer science in 2017 and a MS in computer science in 2019.
