Cassandra Mastrostefano has extensive experience negotiating and litigating before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Cassandra has helped achieve successful outcomes in litigation and helps craft consensus agreements between regulated entities and their customers in settlement negotiations.

Before joining Baker Botts Cassandra worked as an associate at another international law firm and served as a Trial Attorney in FERC's Office of Administrative Litigation (OAL). At OAL, Cassandra advocated on behalf of the public interest in administrative law hearings and settlement conferences before FERC administrative law judges.
