Overview

Kenneth Koh is an Associate in our Global Projects practice based in Singapore. His practice focuses on general M&A as well as energy-related transactions including LNG and renewable energy projects.

Kenneth has a wide breadth of transactional and sectoral experience. He has extensive experience advising on notable mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital matters in Southeast Asia. Beyond this scope of practice, he regularly advises major energy companies and power producers on their LNG trading and marketing arrangements.
