Henry Klimowicz represents public and private companies in a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, securities offerings and general corporate concerns. He also advises clients on securities compliance issues, including Exchange Act reporting.
Before beginning his practice as a transactional lawyer in New York, Henry worked as a legal extern for both the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
