Overview

Collin Hunt is a Senior Associate in the firm's Global Projects group, and represents sponsors, developers, utilities, and other energy companies in a broad range of transactional contexts, including acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, project development matters (including site control, offtake, construction, and interconnection), and project financings. Collin has represented clients in numerous sectors within the energy industry, including oil and gas (upstream and midstream), CCUS, hydrogen, and renewable power generation (wind, solar, battery storage, and BECCS).

  • Independent E&P company operating in the Appalachian basin in connection with its negotiation and execution of a joint development agreement and gas gathering and transportation agreements.
  • Puget Sound Energy, Inc., in connection with the acquisition of a 232MW wind power generation facility in Montana; and
  • Puget Sound Energy, Inc., in connection with the acquisition of a 142MW solar power generation facility in Washington
  • Southern Power Company, in connection with the acquisition of an up to 500MW solar power generation facility in Texas.
