Imran Hasan is a Litigation Associate in the firm's Dallas office. He represents clients in a variety of complex commercial matters, including class actions, shareholder and securities litigation, and contract disputes across a range of industries.

Imran earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as an Associate Editor for the Michigan Technology Law Review. During law school, Imran worked as a student attorney in the Pediatric Advocacy Clinic, which provides legal assistance to children and families experiencing financial hardship. In this role, he advocated for parental rights in court, developed individualized education plans for children with special needs, and helped clients obtain essential public benefits.
