Yasmina Hammoumi Santaella is an Associate in the firm's Global Projects group. Ms. Hammoumi Santaella counsels domestic and international clients on a broad range of financing-related transactions.

From her work at prior prominent firms in the U.S., Yasmina brings significant experience advising major commercial lenders, multilateral development finance institutions and export credit agencies on aircraft and project finance, secured and unsecured debt and restructuring transactions, both in the U.S. and in Latin American and the Caribbean.

Earlier in her career, Yasmina practiced cross-border M&A and advised on foreign investment transactions across Europe and North-Africa with leading firms in Madrid (Spain) and Casablanca (Morocco).

Ms. Hammoumi Santaella is bilingual in Spanish and French.
