Matt is an experienced project development and finance attorney, advising and representing public and private entities in domestic and international project finance, energy, and infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience related to project development documentation, private equity, tax equity, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries, including renewable and alternative energy, conventional power, oil and gas, mining, and infrastructure.
