Christopher Danley is a veteran litigator who handles a wide variety of complex litigation matters involving major environmental statutes and regulatory programs, including CERCLA, the Clean Air Act, and the Clean Water Act.  The clients he represents include companies in the energy, manufacturing, and mining sectors.

In addition to bringing CERCLA claims on behalf of energy companies, Christopher also represents refiners in pursuit of breach of contract claims against the federal government.

Another aspect of Christopher’s practice is the defense of mass torts and class actions alleging environmental and natural resource damages.  These matters have also included claims for products liability, unfair trade practices, and fraud.

Following graduation from law school, Christopher served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Butler Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama and to the Honorable Susan G. Braden of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
