Andrew Crayden is an associate in the Energy Projects and Transactions section of the firm's Global Projects Practice. He counsels public and private clients, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, on a broad range of energy-related complex business transactions and projects, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and other project development and commercial agreements.
Andrew received his J.D. and MBA from Louisiana State University in 2021. While at LSU, Andrew interned with several companies and firms in both legal and business capacities, including a Fortune 500 integrated energy company and a large U.S. distributor of industrial products and services.
