As firmwide Chair of White Collar Defense and Corporate Investigations, Kyle Clark represents companies, boards, directors, and senior executives in their high-stakes legal matters, both internally and before U.S. federal agencies (DOJ, SEC, EPA, FDA, and PCAOB) and U.S. congressional committees.

Based in Washington, D.C., he leads internal investigations, defends enforcement actions, and brings a deep understanding of practical crisis management to help clients protect enterprise value and respond swiftly to allegations of financial fraud, environmental offenses, bribery, False Claims Act, healthcare fraud, and other complex regulatory issues. Kyle approaches each matter with a calm, meticulous, and problem-solving vision.

He also serves on the board of a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization working to improve the administration of justice in the D.C. area alongside judges, prosecutors, and other private sector lawyers.
