Brandon's practice focuses on high-tech patent litigation and prosecution matters. His litigation experience includes day-to-day management of patent cases, developing discovery strategies, and performing extensive technical review to develop invalidity and non-infringement positions. Specifically, Brandon has helped clients navigate complex cases involving telecommunications, video display technologies, and oilfield services.
Brandon prepares and prosecutes patent applications relating to a broad range of mechanical and electrical technologies. In addition, Brandon assists clients with IP-related aspects of technology development, including freedom-to-operate analyses, corporate transactions, and license agreements.
Brandon also takes an active role in the firm's pro bono and community outreach efforts. Brandon has helped non-profit organizations address IP issues, including preparing trademark applications and advising with trademark disputes.
