Overview

Joe Cahill's practice includes a range of intellectual property matters with a particular focus on patent litigation. His experience encompasses a multitude of technologies including database architecture, internet infrastructure, optical systems, orthopedic technologies, and mechanical devices. A distinctive background including founding an artificial intelligence company and working in venture capital enhances Joe's legal practice.

In addition to his intellectual property practice, Joe engages in pro bono work representing asylum seekers in front of Immigration Court. He also is an avid technologist who writes about and counsels clients on emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain.
