Jasmine Boyer is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Practice of the firm's New York office. Trained as a software engineer, Jasmine leverages her technical background to dissect complex systems and navigate detailed documentation, enabling her to quickly develop working knowledge of unfamiliar technologies and identify key issues. She helps support a range of intellectual property matters, including patent litigation and prosecution, trademark litigation, trade secret disputes, and intellectual property counseling.

Jasmine also maintains an active pro bono immigration practice, providing clients with strategic advocacy informed by her experience during law school as a legal intern with both the Department of Homeland Security and the Executive Office for Immigration Review.

Jasmine earned her Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, graduating with highest distinction. She received her J.D. from Fordham University. During law school, Jasmine competed on the trial advocacy team, winning a national trial advocacy competition. Prior to law school, Jasmine worked as a Software Engineer for a connected fitness company, specializing in e-commerce and order experience.
