Overview

Brad Bennett is a Litigation Associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. He represents clients in a broad range of white collar, antitrust, and civil litigation matters.

While in law school, Brad interned with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia, where he worked on matters involving bank and healthcare fraud and the Anti-Kickback Statute, and represented the United States in early-stage criminal proceedings in federal court. He also interned in the Commercial Litigation Branch of the U.S. Department of Justice, working in the National Courts Section on government contract disputes and international trade matters.
