David Archer is a Document Review Team Lead in Baker Botts' Disputes Technology & Services practice group. David has wide experience leading document review projects covering a wide variety of issues including litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory matters. David is familiar with the various technologies supporting Baker Botts' Electronic Discovery practice and the review process from initial review through privilege log preparation and final production. His responsibilities include issue identification and searching, quality control, and performance monitoring as well as attorney-client and other privilege protections.

In addition to his legal career, David was previously employed as an accountant and tax advisor. He also has a Master of Business Administration degree and passed the Certified Public Accountant Examination.
