LONDON, 4 June 2026 – Baker Botts L.L.P. advised the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina on its €800,000,000 5.000% Notes due 2031. The notes will be listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. Proceeds will be used for general budgetary purposes.

BofA Securities, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Raiffeisen Bank International acted as joint lead managers.

The Baker Botts team included Patrick Lyons, Jennifer Rees and Amy Rees in London. This transaction marks the sixth series of sovereign bonds on which the team has advised to date in Q2 2026.

The team also previously advised the Federation on its inaugural €350 million Eurobond issuance in 2025. That transaction attracted strong international investor demand, with the team’s work recognised with a nomination for Capital Markets Team of the Year at the Legal Business Awards 2026.
