The Baker Botts Washington D.C. office was opened in 1973. Our office provides a full range of legal services, including appellate, antitrust and competition law, corporate and securities, energy, environmental safety & incident response, intellectual property and technology, international disputes, litigation, EDVA Rocket Docket Litigation, project development, tax, and white collar crime.

Our lawyers represent foreign governments and private clients throughout the world.

Many of our lawyers have worked in the executive, legislative and judicial branches of the federal government.
