HubsSwiss Arbitration Association (ASA) Arbitration Practice Seminar
Baker Botts' partner Dr. Johannes Koepp will be speaking at the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) Practice Seminar, organized with the German Arbitration Institute (DIS), on Friday 24 June 2022.
In a series of sessions that will take place over the course of two days and will follow the key phases of an arbitration proceeding. Two discussion leaders (one with a civil law background and one with a common law background) will engage with participants on key legal and practical issues that might arise in the life of an arbitration.
Dr. Koepp will be involved in the following sessions:
- Discussion Leader in Session A on Friday 24 June at 14:30-16:00: The Regulatory and Institutional Framework - The Arbitration Clause
- Panelist in Session G on Sunday 26 June at 09:00-10:30: The Hearing(s): Witnesses
