Baker Botts' Environmental, Safety and Incident Response group recently launched a video series on “Building your Company’s Environmental Justice Toolkit and the ACELAS Framework.” Baker Botts developed ACELAS as a legal risk mitigation and organizational tool for companies. The ACELAS pillars can help a company evaluate the legal, regulatory, and policy issues raised by increased consideration of environmental justice in permitting, enforcement, and litigation proceedings.
