Anthony Swisher represents clients on a wide variety of antitrust matters, with a focus on guiding large, complex transactions through the federal antitrust review process at the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. A seasoned and pragmatic advisor, Anthony brings judgment honed over three decades of experience to his clients’ largest and most complex transactions. He has deep experience in healthcare, effectively advocating on behalf of his clients across a range of healthcare sectors, including physician practices, home health, healthcare finance, healthcare technology, health plans, PBMs, and hospitals, among others. Anthony also has extensive experience in a wide range of industries such as oil and gas, electric generation, petrochemicals, steel products, consumer products, paper products, and retailing.
Anthony teaches Antitrust Policy at the University of Virginia Department of Economics, where he shares his experience with the next generation of antitrust professionals.
