Michael Silliman practices in all areas of intellectual property law, including patent prosecution, litigation, adversarial proceedings at the USPTO (including inter partes review), counseling and licensing. Mr. Silliman has experience drafting and prosecuting patents involving a variety of chemical, mechanical, and electrical fields, including technology pertaining to drilling, well stimulation, and cementing technologies. Mr. Silliman works on patent litigation matters involving a variety of technologies, including computer systems and electrical devices. In addition, Mr. Silliman advises clients on IP-related aspects of corporate transactions and license agreements.

- Preparation and prosecution of patent applications for a number of clients including Halliburton Energy Services, Inc.
- Represented plaintiff in Section 1983 civil rights lawsuit through jury verdict in federal court.
