Nick Schuneman works on a range of intellectual property issues, with a primary focus on patent infringement litigation. Mr. Schuneman works together with clients to develop a strategic approach to litigation and has experience in all aspects of patent litigation, from the initial stages through trial, appeal and settlement. In addition to litigation, Mr. Schuneman also advises clients on licensing matters and post grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent Office.
Before attending law school, Mr. Schuneman obtained a master's degree in electrical engineering and spent several years designing high-performance antenna arrays for Raytheon. Mr. Schuneman is listed as a co-inventor on four issued U.S. Patents related to his work on ultra-broadband array technology.
Mr. Schuneman is an active member of the Austin IP Inn of Court and the Austin Intellectual Property Law Association.
