Overview

Christina Romak is a member of the firm's litigation practice. Christina's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts across a variety of matters, including contractual disputes and employment-related litigation.

Christina also maintains an active pro bono practice, having represented minority small business owners in constitutional civil rights litigation and defense of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) claims.

While in law school, she participated in the East Bay Community Law Center’s Clean Slate practice and was an Executive Editor of the California Law Review. Christina also served as an extern to Justice Banke at the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division One.
