Sara M. Probber

Sara integrates her passion for legal research, her foreign language skills, and global experience into her work. She is developing a practice focused on commercial litigation, white collar and FCPA litigation, and international arbitration.

Prior to joining Baker Botts in 2018, Sara worked as an intern at the Office of International Affairs at the Department of Justice, Criminal Division and with the Office of International Affairs at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Her experience includes researching and drafting legal memoranda, researching conflict of law issues in support of drafting agreements with foreign jurisdictions, and researching and drafting opinion letters.
