Joel Overton’s practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate, including the representation of major developers, landlords, tenants, banks, institutional lenders and fund managers.
Following graduation from law school, Mr. Overton served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nathan L. Hecht of the Supreme Court of Texas.
