Julie Mayo

Julie Mayo is a partner in the Global Projects Practice. While she has received particular recognition for her work in natural gas and LNG, Julie's practice encompasses energy projects and transactions throughout the value chain and in all industry sectors. Julie represents clients on all aspects of project development and mergers and acquisitions. Her project development experience encompasses all aspects of the project: from construction to commercial contracts and consortium structuring to transportation. She is well-versed in the analysis required to ensure appropriate risk allocations are accessed throughout the value chain and takes a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
