Jason Loden is a partner in the Dallas office of Baker Botts. Jason focuses his practice on employee benefits, executive compensation, and taxation. Jason advises clients regarding the implementation and administration of employee benefit plans, Including qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, equity incentive plans, and welfare benefit programs. He also focuses on keeping clients up to date and in compliance with the provisions of ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and other federal laws as well as providing planning recommendations and strategies based on client need and expectations. In addition, Jason counsels clients on employee benefit and executive compensation issues in mergers and acquisitions. His clients include public, private and nonprofit entities.
