Overview

Neel Lemon represents public and private companies and private equity firms in securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Counsels companies on corporate governance, fiduciary duty, Sarbanes-Oxley, Dodd-Frank and securities law disclosure and compliance matters, as well as in connection with SEC and other governmental investigations. Mr. Lemon also represents board committees on transactional, governance and compliance matters. He has been a speaker at numerous CLE conferences.
