Mike Kovacich is an Associate in the Tax practice of the firm’s Houston office. He advises clients on tax issues arising in mergers and acquisitions, internal restructurings, and capital markets offerings.
Before attending law school, Mike worked in public accounting, providing tax services to clients in the energy and private equity industries. He maintains a Texas CPA license.
