Natasha Khan focuses her practice on corporate and securities law matters. Ms. Khan has extensive experience in representing clients across a broad range of industries, including the energy, manufacturing, emerging technologies, life sciences, and retail sectors. Her work includes mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, initial public offerings, public and private issuances of equity and debt securities, private equity and venture capital investments, structuring and advising on partnerships, joint ventures, joint development agreements and other strategic alliances and collaborations, and complex commercial transactions, including supply agreements, supply chain arrangements, master services agreements, distribution agreements, franchise agreements, and R&D collaborations.
