Alex Kerr advises clients on the development of energy projects around the world, with a particular focus on liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects (both liquefaction and regasification). Mr. Kerr has in-depth experience of drafting and negotiating agreements for the sale and purchase of LNG and natural gas (pipeline) and hydrogen.

Prior to joining Baker Botts in 2014, Mr. Kerr gained in-house experience having been seconded to client legal teams, including the upstream legal department of ExxonMobil.
