Overview

Idil Kart is an associate with our Brussels Antitrust and Litigation team. Idil advises on all aspects of competition law, including anti-competitive agreements, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, complex multi-jurisdictional mergers, as well as antitrust issues in licensing and patent settlement agreements. A French qualified lawyer, she represents clients before the European Commission and national competition authorities.

Idil's experience spans upon a broad range of industries, including digital services and technology, telecoms, media, life sciences and healthcare, and consumer products.

Prior to joining Baker Botts, Idil worked as a competition law consultant at an international law firm in Brussels, and as a trainee at the French Competition Authority and at a boutique law firm in Paris.

Idil speaks Turkish, English and French.
