Fareed Kaisani is a member of the firm's Corporate Practice with a concentration in bankruptcy, business reorganization, and other corporate matters. Fareed routinely represents troubled businesses, creditors, and distressed asset purchasers in restructuring matters. He also has significant experience representing parties in commercial disputes and insolvency litigation. Fareed has industry experience in energy, hospitality, healthcare, franchising, real estate, and capital markets.
After receiving numerous bankruptcy related accolades in law school, Fareed served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Wendy Hagenau and the Honorable Paul Bonapfel in the Northern District of Georgia U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Prior to entering the practice of law, Fareed served as a Teach for America corps member.
