Lewis Jones represents sponsors, lenders, governments, and private equity investors, advising on the acquisition, development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects around the world. He represents clients active in the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors, including power generation (both conventional and renewables) and energy storage. Lewis also advises on corporate and commercial issues, including major share and asset acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
Mr. Jones was previously a partner with an international law firm in London. He also spent five years resident in the United Arab Emirates as the Middle East managing partner of another international law firm.
