- Representation of developer in long-term redevelopment project in a low-income neighborhood, which includes acquisitions and dispositions, multi-layered financing, PACE Financing, negotiations and grants with the city.
- Assisted in representing two non-profits in securing New Market Tax Credit financing for the development of new, multimillion-dollar facilities. The deal was named “Deal of the Year” by the Dallas Business Journal.
