Tracy is the Chief Knowledge Officer at Baker Botts. In this role she is responsible for leading the firm's business intake/conflicts, library services and information governance functions, and the firm's enterprise business systems, eDiscovery and practice solutions teams.

During her 30 years in the legal industry, Tracy has experience in recruiting, training, and managing legal support staff; leading significant change management initiatives involving enterprise-wide technology and research platform implementations; and visioning and executing organizational innovations designed to improve the delivery of personnel support, technology and services to the firm's practices and clients.

Tracy started her career at Baker Botts working as a paralegal in the firm's Litigation Department before moving into firm management and progressing through several leadership roles on her way to becoming CKO. She draws on this well-rounded perspective to lead her teams in ensuring the firm's lawyers and support services groups have access to the knowledge, information and tools needed to intake and manage client engagements; collaborate to deliver innovative, efficient and effective client service; and achieve internal operational efficiency.
