Nikolai Gryzunov focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures and securities offerings. His practice also includes debt financings and securities and corporate compliance issues.

Nikolai began his career in Moscow, where he maintained a diverse practice, advising domestic Russian and international clients (including multilateral financial institutions) on corporate and finance transactions and regulatory matters.
