Jonathan Gordon

As global head of the tech sector and M&A practices Jonathan brings deep market knowledge, business acumen and a very personal level of intellectual curiosity to all client interactions. Jonathan also currently serves on the firm's Executive Committee.

His ability to see the hidden interpersonal dynamics and business imperatives at play enables him to get the complex deals done. By perceiving and then planning for those concealed elements, Jonathan designs practical solutions for transformative transactions, often across borders and under incredibly challenging regulatory circumstances.

Working alongside sophisticated telecom, media, tech, sports and other clients, Jonathan has handled acquisitions and sales of private and public companies and their assets, and structured and formed joint ventures. In 2022, Jonathan's record of complex and global M&A earned him the Law360 Telecommunications MVP Award, given to only four attorneys in the world that year. In addition to transactions, Jonathan also connects clients with national and international businesses, cutting-edge innovators and investors that align with each client’s business priorities and culture.
