Katie Gantley is an associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, where she advises clients on energy regulatory matters at the federal and state levels.
Katie is knowledgeable about issues arising under the Federal Power Act, the Interstate Commerce Act, and the Natural Gas Act.
Prior to joining Baker Botts, Ms. Gantley served as an attorney-advisor in the Office of Administrative Law Judges at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) where she advised on contested proceedings involving electric utilities and interstate natural gas and oil pipelines on issues concerning formula rates, market-based rates, transmission and distribution, and reactive power.
While in law school, Katie interned in the Office of Commissioner Glick at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
