Overview

Gabbi Feldman is a member of the Energy Project and Transactions section of the firm's Global Projects Practice. Gabbi advises private and public companies, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in a wide variety of complex business transactions in the energy industry including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and joint ventures. She represents clients in all phases of energy project development and her broad transactional experience includes the structure, negotiation and documentation of a variety of commercial agreements, including acquisitions and divestitures, power purchase agreements, tax equity financings, and build transfer agreements.
