  • Established a regulatory framework for the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act, which comprehensively overhauled the laws governing the manufacture, import, and use of chemicals
  • Worked with over 15 Superfund sites via negotiation and infrastructure and economic development investment
  • Steered the first new Endangered Species Act assessment methodologies in over two decades and oversaw their application to five pesticides of importance to agriculture
  • Managed complex multi-party negotiations and delivered strategic litigation support for over 35 lawsuits brought against the EPA on cutting-edge chemical and pesticide issues
  • Worked with major municipalities and cities across the nation on stormwater management and infrastructure advancement
