Kyle Doherty is a member of the Energy Projects and Transactions section of the firm's Global Projects Practice. Mr. Doherty advises public and private clients in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, project development and commercial agreements in the energy industry. Mr. Doherty's practice covers a wide spectrum of the energy industry, including structure, negotiation and documentation of a variety of energy projects and transactions. These include acquisition and divestitures, commercial agreements, joint ventures, and project financing arrangements in the renewable power generation, biofuel, oil and gas and petrochemical sectors.
Mr. Doherty has experience as a secondee at a major international energy company and, while in law school, interned at the National Hydrocarbon Commission (CNH) in Mexico.
