Karan Singh Dhadialla is a lawyer in the firm's San Francisco office. His practice focuses on advising companies and individuals in complex commercial and intellectual property disputes. He is a creative lawyer who quickly develops experience in new technologies and areas of law to meet the business needs of his clients. Karan has experience litigating in California state court, federal district courts, and federal courts of appeal. He also has substantial experience assisting clients with pre-litigation disputes and negotiating contentious agreements.

Karan is also highly committed to public service. His pro bono experience includes arguing a Ninth Circuit appeal on behalf of an incarcerated person and helping with a gubernatorial pardon for a formerly incarcerated person. Karan also serves on the Leadership Development Committee for the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. Immediately prior to joining Baker Botts, Karan served as a Deputy County Counsel for the County of Santa Clara.
